A. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
In general, shipments are in transit for 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM GMT (London).
Order handling time is 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@aamerabeauty.com.

E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for the next steps.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING
For orders shipped via Manufacturer Direct Shipping:

  1. Shipping Method – Standard economy ground services; carrier may vary based on the manufacturer.

  2. Processing & Handling – Typically 0–1 business day. Delays may occur depending on manufacturer.

  3. Shipping Times – Usually 1–5 business days, depending on origin and destination.

  4. Tracking Information – Sent via email once dispatched.

  5. Communication & Updates – We will inform you promptly in case of delays or issues.

Please note that Manufacturer Direct Shipping involves coordination with external partners, and some aspects are beyond our immediate control.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
This policy applies primarily to UK orders. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and any applicable charges.
